Bulk Nutrition We offer $8 flat rate shipping across Australia and express at an additional cost.

Orders are dispatch on the same day if the order is placed before 3pm AEST on a business day. Where an order is created after 3pm, it will go out on the next business day - This excludes public holidays and any Australia Post holidays.

Depending on where you live will give you an indicator of potential delivery time. Please refer to the table as an estimate of delivery time. Express post is normally a 1-2 days delivery time.

Orders can be tracked via your shipping confirmation email, which will be a unique tracking code. This can be entered on Australia Post Website: http://post.com.au/track

Australia Post will need approximately 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

If you are concern about the delivery of your purchase, please firstly use the tracking option provided above. If this isn’t presenting you with a clear picture, please give us a call and we will be able to follow that up for you. Noting that Australia Post is an outside delivery company, we can’t get any answers until the delivery is 3 days late. For example, if you live in Sydney, 8 days would need to pass by before we can get answer regarding the position of your product.

Please feel free to contact usif your purchase is 3 days late and we will do the best we can to aid you in answering your questions. We also give you the option to sign on delivery when you place the order. If you choose ‘no signature required’, we can’t be held liable for your purchase going missing. In some areas, Australia Post won’t deliver a parcel without a signature regardless of specifications.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email check your junk email, it's sometimes hiding in there.If you've double checked and still don't have a confirmation email, please get in touch with our customer service team and we'll make sure your order was submitted successfully.

If we have gotten your order wrong or have forgotten something, please get in contact with us and we will figure out what went wrong.

  • If your product has been damaged, please take a photo and send it through to uswe will replace or swap the item and organise return shipping to get the items back to us. (You’ll need to cover the shipping costs).

If you’ve changed your mind and want to return an unopened product:

  • Get in touch with our customer service team and explain the situation (note: 1 return per month per customer).

  • Post the item back to us within 14 days of ordering it (you’ll need to cover the shipping costs).

  • We’ll process your refund, give credit or swap product when we receive the item and email you to let you know.
